Meal Prep hours for pickup

If you ordered before Wednesday at Midnight, you can receive your order on the following Monday. If you ordered after Wednesday, your order will be ready the 2nd following Monday.

The pick up location is at Bayou View Fitness anytime between 11:00AM and 6:00PM on the following Monday. Any meals not picked up by 6:00pm WILL BE DISPOSED OF. If you cannot make it that day before pickup time, please arrange to have someone pick them up for you during that time.

DELIVERY: If you choose delivery, we will be delivering meals to your address that same Monday. We’ll text you by Sunday with a 2 hour window.

Cancellations must be made by the Tuesday before upcoming Monday’s meal pickup date.
