I like our Gulf Coast has a healthy option for pre-made meals that are full of nutrition and not laced with preservatives. Give yourself or someone a better choice. For people who are battling illnesses having pre-made meal options helps them win the fight for their lives. I pre-made my mom her dumplings, tuna and egg salad, and kept frozen stuffed peppers stocked (Stouffer’s, but during my ‘12 N.O. mini-vacay, an old Cajun named George put me on his assembly line making boocoos of Shrimp Stuffed Peppers to freeze for the months ahead. “Now I know, and knowing is half the battle.”- GI Joe) We all deserve blessings. “I completed one week and down 6 pounds! I am very happy with portion size, the fact this is healthy food, and of course that I don’t have to do anything but pick it up. The recipes have been so, so good. I am not a great cook and I am single so these meals would cost me more to make on my own plus I would have waste. I decided to commit to the autopay option after one week trial and considering these factors. Also of note, I am not a picky eater, I am on the regular menu, and have no allergies.”

“So I will complete day 4 this evening of my first week. I tried one week with the no commitment plan. So far, a great success! The suppers fill my 10” dinner plates. The food quality is great. The biggest difference between this and other services I tried in the past is that the food is HEALTHY, not just small portions. I’d rather have a burrito stuffed with nutrients than the world’s smallest waffle. The recipes have been so, so good.
